 Welcome to 2026! Wow that's so incredibly weird, we're so old! Hope y'all had a great end of 2025 and put some goals for this year. It was a fun week, full of it's moments hehe

🐕‍🦺🤮While visiting a member, her chihuahua starts making uncomfortable sounds and then throws up multiple times and we look at her seeing how she'll react and she tells us 'oh that's normal, he's just emotional'😂 yeahhhh ummmm ok totally normal

📖Gave out a Book of Mormon to this guy who was really receptive and his girlfriend chases us down 5 minutes later saying they cannot accept the book. We insisted that they keep it, that we have a lot, but she shoved it in our hands and said her boyfriend just couldn't say no and that they just cannot have it lol #firsttimeforeverything

🔔Sang apparently the only new year's song in consejo but the elderes rapped ring out wild bells, it was quite funny. Let the old year die and welcome to 2026🎉

🥧We science experimented yet again with an apple pie thing and yet again it worked woohoo! (Aka we had no recipe, but wanted to make an apple pie/cake thing and wow it was delicious)

📞We had a phone call with our friend Damian and in it I said wifi in a Spanish accent and we died laughing mid phone call (Weeefeee)

⚽️Played chair soccer for like 3 hours straight and it was so so fun! #maybeidolikesoccerafterall

🎤We rapped it up one night and that was so fun. Watch out Eminem, here we come [check the googs]

👨We found Alan yesterday and this was a miracle muy muy grande! He is a single dad, looking for guidance with his three little kids and for a job, but we had a lesson with him yesterday and my companion said the closing prayer and prayed for Diego (our next lesson) and Alan was so funny, he was like I think Diego needed the prayer too, but we got a good kick out of that for a while

Honestly so much more happened, but I am forgetting most of it. What a good week and I wanted to share with you a scripture that I love love love from D&C 128:22

"shall we not go on in so great a cause? Go forward and not backward. Courage, brethren; and on, on to the victory! Let your hearts rejoice, and be exceedingly glad. Let the earth break forth into singing."

We are starting a new year, lots of new goals, new opportunities, new things we want to do, lots of causes to be a part of, but the greatest cause, the most important work is the gathering of Israel. It is SO GREAT A CAUSE! You guys, Jesus Christ is coming, we are preparing ourselves and this world for his coming, let us go forward with faith. 

Don't dwell on what you didn't do or accomplish, focus forward on what you will do and how you can improve. How can you join in this great cause of God's work? 

Take courage for the Lord is by our side. He will be there every step of the way.

Be happy and let your hearts rejoice! We are living in the last days and the best days with more miracles than ever seen before!

I love you all and I wish you a happy new year full of rejoicing, gladness,and courage to do what the Lord asks you to do!
